CannAmm would like to invite you to our upcoming Supervisor Drug and Alcohol Awareness Training Sessions in Edmonton on October 5th & 6th, 2016. 

We offer an interactive and informative discussion forum for managers, supervisors, or employees with responsibility for workplace safety. Our training programs are developed and delivered by some of the most experienced and knowledgeable people in the drug and alcohol testing field today.

Date: October 5 & 6, 2016

Location: CannAmm Occupational Testing Services, 10836-170 Street NW, Edmonton, AB  T5S 2H7

Each course is 4 hours in length. 

  • OCTOBER 5th

Supervisor Drug and Alcohol Awareness Training (Morning & Afternoon):

This course will educate participants on the basics of a fit-for-duty program, as well as signs and symptoms of drug and alcohol use and abuse. It offers approaches and required documentation for reasonable cause testing. This course exceeds the US DOT supervisor training requirements, as well as the expectations for the Canadian Model.

  • OCTOBER 6th

Supervisor Drug and Alcohol Awareness Training (Morning):

Advanced Supervisor Drug and Alcohol Awareness Training (Afternoon):

Pre-requisite: Supervisor Drug and Alcohol Awareness Training

This course will educate participants on supervisor responsibilities relating to drug and alcohol policy implementation and reasonable cause/post-accident testing. It provides a comprehensive understanding of the supervisor’s role, legal precedents, and offers an opportunity to apply this knowledge using a variety of realistic scenarios.

Course Schedule

Morning Session: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

Afternoon Session: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
