We continue to develop and expand our services to position ourselves to meet the changing needs of our clients.

This is most evident with our Occupational Health Services which has grown significantly as companies begin to see the value in including their employees' physical health into their workplace programs and policies.

CannAmm provides a large variety of locations across Canada and the United States that are capable of providing many of these services. We are always willing to accommodate the wishes of our clients.
Process for scheduling an Occupational Health Service

Want to schedule an appointment?

If you are interested in setting up an appointment for an Occupational Health Service, then simply contact CannAmm at 1-800-440-0023 and we can arrange this for you, provide you with a quote, answer any questions you may have, and/or set up an account. There are these simple steps that are taken when arranging one of the above services:
  1. Contact CannAmm with the booking request. This can be done by a company contact or the employee directly at the request of the company. Please provide the employee’s name, date of birth, and telephone number.
  2. Inform us of the preferred location, and time frame you wish to have the
    appointment(s) scheduled. CannAmm is always looking to develop procedures and protocols with locations across Canada and the U.S. to accommodate the physical requirements of our clients.
  3. We will then schedule the appointment(s) at the nearest location and send all the necessary paperwork (if there is specific paperwork you wish for us to send, simply forward it on to us via email, fax, or regular mail). We keep documentation in our office of every appointment that we schedule.
  4. We then inform the company representative and/or employee of the appointment details (time/date/location, etc).
  5. CannAmm tracks/traces all completed paperwork and lab test results, sending them back to the company that requested the appointment(s) in a timely manner.
  6. CannAmm will address any discrepancies or problems that may arise during the completion of the medical clearance.
  7. We will then consolidate all costs and invoices and provide a single invoice to the company.

To help us serve our clients better, it is best to ensure that CannAmm is provided with the following:
Clearance for employees to deal direct with CannAmm if required
Demographic data on employee to be tested
Description of workplace demands
Information on any special requirements on an individual basis
